Supporting the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will scope, plan, and manage multichannel digital campaigns to further evolve the digital strategy, increase engagement with customers and continue to grow the brand identity and core values.

- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media
- Launching optimised online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and distribute through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
- Execution and support of campaign plans from concept through to launch and reporting/tracking
- Maintain the blog schedule
- Support with the creation and management of campaigns and materials, including emails, digital ads, social posts, data lists etc.
- Oversee the work of external agencies, such as PPC agencies
- Ongoing management of Salesforce
- Assist with the creation of weekly and monthly reports
- Work with the Marketing Manager to scope out potential new events
- Plan and execute third-party events
- Responsible for collateral review: keeping a regular check on current marketing collateral
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar.
- A qualification in Marketing or Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Excellent written, verbal communication and numerical skills.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level
- of attention to detail.
- Experience planning, overseeing, and reporting on multiple marketing campaigns.
- IT Skills – Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) – essential.
- IT Skills – HTML, Salesforce.com, Adobe Suite, Email Platform (any), Website CRM (any) –
- desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – a team player.
