They work across the UK and Europe and have close partnerships with New York brands, such as Ralph Lauren, DKNY, Juicy Couture and more. Whilst supplying Jewellery & Watch Brands to major multiple retailers, they focus on maintaining strong brand integrity, whilst promoting values of integrity, collaboration, enjoyment and honesty. The Role: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be based in the office at Kew Gardens, and have the following responsibilities: Brand Partnerships and PR: Organising influencer partnerships with brands, as well as company PR (B2B and consumer magazines). Marketing Campaigns: Budgeting and strategically investing in targeted digital campaigns, ensuring brand products are included in wider brand campaigns. You will establish a marketing calendar segmented by brand, tracking retailer calendars and wider brand plans. Brand Communications: Quarterly strategy meetings with multiple retailers, working closely with commercial and sales managers to drive sales and hit KPIs. Digital Management: Management of the company website and social media presence (with a particular focus on LinkedIn). Design Processes: Asset design for marketing campaigns and managing the sign off with brands, and graphic design for pitch decks and presentations. Photo and video shoot coordination: The end-to-end process from model and photographer bookings, image selection, retouch, and the brand approval process. Hosting sample sales and key events About You: You have an eye for great design, with experience using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Budgeting and Reporting) You have great communication skills You have skills in budgeting and reporting, and campaign planning from conception to execution You are a multitasker, with the ability to keep track of multiple projects at once Advantageous skills would include PR experience, events management, E-Commerce platform experience, retail photography, and experience in the luxury jewellery/fashion sector Benefits of working for the company: 22 days holiday (not including bank holidays), and birthday day off!
