A global property investment company, with offices in the UK, Hong Kong, UAE & China – specialising in real estate investment across key markets all over the world.
They offer a unique approach to real estate investments, and require an experienced digital marketing executive to drive and deliver marketing strategy & global lead generation.

Marketing Executive – key responsibilities

The role will require you to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while developing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have experience with current marketing tools and strategies and be able to run digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

– Drive strategy for lead gen and effective lead nurturing through organic and paid media.
– Create marketing collateral including copywriting for campaigns & assist with event co-ordination both virtually (webinars) and in-person (seminars).
– Work with our SEO agency to optimize website for SEO
– Create engaging online content (including clickbait, forms, graphics) with Senior Marketing Manager for social channels
– Manage digital assets and campaigns – report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
– Define and manage content strategies – guiding the development of targeted content across all digital platforms – working closely with Sales, Communications and CRM teams
– Assist with virtual and physical events on an ad hoc basis

Marketing Executive – requirements

– BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
– Proven work experience in digital marketing (2+ years)
– Experience with A/B and multivariate testing on social platforms
– Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and familiarity with Google Analytics
