Digital Marketing Executive Job In Guildford

This time we will be managing the search for a Digital Marketing professional who can focus on Paid Social Media activities. We have seen the sales and marketing grow over the last few years and this role represents a further investment in the marketing team. The aim is to bring paid media activity (google, meta and other platforms) in house. The hire will be tasked with driving forward further growth, utilising the budget appropriately and with creativity to explore and maximise every opportunity for the business.

This is such a brilliant opportunity for someone to take on the responsibility and autonomy to let your analytical and creative flair develop. You will work closely with a digital marketing manager and in house designer and UX specialist to design, launch and manage the best possible paid campaigns within the budget available.

The teams focus is to find the right person and team fit aswell as the skills set. They require some experience of running Google and Meta ads, but that could be only a year or two. You might have gained experience in house, or in an agency. It would be beneficial if you have experience of running TikTok and Snapchat ads too. You should have knowledge of web analytics packages (GA4 and GTM preferred) and it is also expected that you will have experience of using Wordpress.

Outside of this, who you are is of great interest. Are you passionate about paid advertising and what commercial success have you delivered through it? The business will offer a comfortable base salary and incentives that will be paid quarterly. You will need to be in the office in a hybrid fashion a few days a week and the offices are not in central Guildford - this role will suit someone local to Surrey.
