I am working with a retail company based in the heart of Nottingham, and they're on the hunt for a digital marketing executive to join their team. The role involves overseeing diverse digital platforms, emphasising email marketing, CRM management, and SMS marketing. You will analyse data to refine strategies and keep abreast of industry trends to elevate the company's online presence.
Responsibilities:
- You will be entrusted with the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing initiatives
- Audience segmentation and targeting, utilising customer demographics and behaviour to craft content that speaks directly to the recipient's interests.
- Strategic thinking with a flair for A/B testing, capable of refining campaign elements to maximise performance.
- This role requires the development of compelling content and calls-to-action that not only engage but also convert.
- Work closely with design teams to produce visually stunning email templates, maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitoring of campaign performance, analysis of results, and provision of insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Bloomreach.
- A solid understanding of HTML for email coding is advantageous, along with the ability to interpret data and utilise marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience supporting international markets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
