As we continue to grow in Europe, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and implement the digital marketing required across Amazon and other European marketplaces for our brand partners. Playing a key role in building out our paid media services, the Performance Marketing Executive will be a budding expert in performance marketing. They will support our Brand Management Team to plan and execute paid media campaigns on Amazon and other European marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have past experience working with the marketing mix, with an understanding of the role of each channel in driving traffic and sales. They will be adept at making decisions while displaying a high level of commercial awareness.

What does a Digital Marketing Specialist do at Pattern?

  • Provide expertise and be the go-to for any Amazon/Google performance marketing support within Pattern including hands on search management of our partner accounts to support the Brand Management team
  • Understand and can talk confidently of how to optimise Amazon/Google marketing to partners/clients
  • Drive growth within our portfolio brands, including launching brands into new markets
  • Manage all budget and reporting for performance marketing across Amazon, Google, Facebook
  • Liaise with our international offices to ensure global cooperation on client partner work

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the world of multichannel or online marketing
  • Experience in directly managing Google or Amazon campaigns, with a strong working knowledge of Amazon, Google and social channels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong numeracy and data skills
  • Comfortable working with third-party tools such as Google Adwords and Google Analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
