CV Screen is currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a fantastic organisation within the Leisure industry. Based in Oxfordshire, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing projects, which helps to drive the business forward. The role is hybrid, ideally working 2 days in the office each week, and a salary of up to £42,000 is available.

The Digital Marketing Executive will take the lead role in contributing to all aspects of the digital marketing strategy for our client. You will contribute to ongoing content strategy to communicate brand values to customers; you will take responsibility for email marketing campaigns, AB testing, segmentations and automation for multichannel digital marketing campaigns; You will carry out onsite merchandising and promotions, as well as paid social.  


The Digital Marketing Executive will have solid analytical skills as you will dive into the metrics of marketing campaigns in order to revise and improve strategy on an ongoing basis. Strong Google Analytics and experience working with CMS systems is crucial. You must also have solid content experience and web content management skills.


THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:



  • Plan and mange marketing projects and campaigns
  • Creating and executing email marketing plans and analysing successes
  • Content Management and web campaigns as well as working with Designers on UX
  • Manage both internal stakeholders and external agencies on a regular basis.
  • Checking campaign messaging for consistency (Proof-reading)) – adverts, emails, landing pages.
  • Talking to various team members to collate information for digital campaigns.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?



  • Proven digital marketing experience
  • Strong automated email marketing and segmentation skills
  • Strong Paid Social experience
  • Skilled in writing clear and targeted copy to appeal to various markets
  • Good merchandising knowledge

LOCATION:


Oxford / Oxfordshire


Two days required in the office (including Wednesdays).

COMMUTE FROM:
Oxford / Reading / London



SALARY:
Up to £42,000 plus benefits
