Starting Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience (plus benefits)
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid role (remote & Liverpool office as required)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dependable individual to join our Marketing Team at Angel Solutions!
You will be required to work both onsite and remotely, so you should live within a commutable distance of Liverpool City Centre.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Experience in implementing marketing initiatives through established platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and communication strategies.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on written communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as Office 365, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
- Experience in the education technology sector.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools like Slack, Jira, Google Docs, Zapier, Figma and Confluence.
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Ability to work with design and product teams to execute marketing tasks.
- Experience using AI tools or a proactive approach to embracing AI for time-saving and workload reduction in marketing tasks.
Education & Qualifications
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, English or a related field.
Day-to-Day Role
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Product Release Communication : Create and distribute content to inform users of product updates and premium features.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with HR to promote job openings and liaise with the Design Team and CEO on monthly and quarterly targets.
- Channel Management : Use our internal channels to communicate with existing customers, particularly within schools, MATs, and Local Authorities.
- Event Promotion : Execute promotional activities for events, product launches, and recruitment efforts.
- Data and Reporting : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
- Social media: Manage and monitor all social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to support Angel Solutions’ branding and promote specific products.
- Email Marketing: Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams to execute targeted email campaigns through Mailchimp and track their impact on engagement and conversions.
- Website Updates: Keep the website updated with the latest product release features, staff updates, and internal advertisements.
- Data: Create and maintain data collection forms (e.g., Typeform) used in marketing campaigns and automation within the company. Manage mailing lists in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Automation: Develop and manage marketing automations using tools like Mailchimp and Typeform (integrated with Zapier) to enhance efficiency and consistency in communication efforts.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns’ overall performance, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Additional responsibilities : Promote the Angel Solutions brand, manage testimonials, support recruitment efforts, and raise awareness for charitable initiatives.
