I am pleased to be supporting a local client with the search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This role involves a broad range of physical and digital marketing activities, supporting the company’s commitment to excellence in design, manufacture, and customer service. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Collaborate with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities.
  • Enhance the awareness of the Group brands and develop customer relationships.
  • Identify suitable publications for promotion, manage bookings, and ensure content aligns with company brand.
  • Write and proofread editorial copy for online and print campaigns.
  • Create and publish case studies.
  • Organise promotional shoots with external photographers and videographers.
  • Produce in-house rich media content, including images, videos, and blog posts.
  • Manage social media channels to boost audience engagement.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics, and report on results.
  • Maintain and distribute printed marketing materials.
  • Identify and book exhibitions/trade shows, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategy planning sessions.
  • Manage budget tracking and KPI reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both physical and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in writing and proofreading editorial content.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and produce reports.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
