Day to Day of the role:
- Set up, monitor, and enhance the performance of targeted advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage in-house digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct weekly reporting on the performance of campaigns to inform strategy adjustments.
- Set up, review, and optimise paid social ads based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the website’s SEO to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Lead on all digital development projects, ensuring they align with the company’s goals.
- Support the marketing coordinator with digital marketing activities.
- Uphold brand guardianship across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- A data-led mindset with a focus on analytics and performance metrics.
- Confident communicator with the ability to articulate campaign results and insights.
- Strong experience with SEO and paid social media campaigns.
