· Product over 2 years in making, and is now fit and ready to gain traction in the market
· A transformational solution - a cloud-based recruitment business platform + accessible dedicated business support (great tech, helpful people)
· Hybrid working (3-days in the office, 2 days remote working is our norm)
Responsibilities:
· Under an evolving brand framework drive awareness, trust, and engagement
· Defining, delivering, and optimising online campaigns that generate leads to the business development team
· Leveraging the in-house and external creative resources when relevant
· Contributing to definition of the overarching marketing strategy and creation of online assets
Profile:
· Ideally but not necessarily 2 years' experience in environments that live and breathe organic, social, and paid digital marketing
· A definite team player for a dynamic/growing team
· Displays initiative within a start-up environment
· Has the energy and aptitude to get into the hearts and minds of the target audience - recruitment business owners
· Has a creative instinct on what will fly, but interprets data insights to inform and optimise campaigns
· A growth hacker mentality - A/B testing and constantly optimising campaigns to drive levels of engagement
· Writes clear and engaging copy, but equally knows the moments to tap in external creative writing resources
· Works with tech and product teams to set up campaign measurement processes
· As the product evolves to a more automated purchase, this candidate will have the ambition to drive on-line conversion too
· Ideally has budget management experience
Technical experience:
· Demonstrates use and understanding of some of the following tools: Google Analytics, The Google Ads suite, LinkedIn, The Facebook ads marketing suite (includes Instagram), Salesforce, Hootsuite, Pardot (or similar email marketing automation platforms).
· An appreciation of organic vs. paid media
· Any experience with media planning/media owners would be good too
We would be open to a less experienced candidate if they have the right attitude and technical ability
