Digital Marketing Manager- pro-rata 15-20 hours per week


HRLife is a boutique recruitment leader that works very closely with talented HR professionals in the Home Counties to find and enhance their career paths and place them into great clients.

Established in 2017 by Jemma Rawlins and Kerry Miller who had worked together previously for 15 years, HRLife enjoyed some great success from people within their network, relationships they’d built during this time and recommendations and referrals they received. HRLife is now at a pivotal stage to further grow and bring on their first dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to further develop the brand, support the expansion of their client base and build on the foundations of their social media presence.


Based remotely, working term time only – this is a great opportunity for someone to get involved in all things social media and marketing from planning the marketing calendar, creating engaging content, designing new social media posts through to connecting with their candidates and clients to craft innovative, forward thinking and market leading material, whilst having the brand and ROI at the forefront.


Ideally you'll live around the Berkshire/Surrey/Oxfordshire/Hampshire location so you can meet once a month with the team and share ideas.


Working closely with the Directors, this newly created Digital Marketing Manager role will allow you the chance to bring your creativity and ideas, drive the immediate and longer-term marketing plans to see a positive return.


Key responsibilities will include;


  • Conducting a marketing audit, looking at previous successes and identifying gaps and areas for growth and development
  • Overseeing and driving the social media strategy for the company
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Developing the website to enhance and maximise candidate and client acquisition
  • Bringing to life and maximising opportunities from existing networks
  • Drive online traffic to the company website through a variety of channels
  • Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns ensuring they remain consistent and current
  • Managing the company website and maximising SEO
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends in the HR recruitment space


Key Skills (Essential)

  • A good understanding of social media tools, specifically LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Good working knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience of successfully utilising marketing and creation software packages such as mailchimp, canva etc
