Renowned for creating award-winning, contemporary furniture and lighting since 2004, we are seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our team in the role of Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key team player in one of the UK's leading and most creative furniture brands.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing activity, working across digital channels and tools to provide day-to-day operational organisation and delivery across campaigns, advertising and website management. Working in a Brand and Marketing team of 4, you will collectively bring sophistication, creativity and smart thinking to all our marketing and messaging strategies. This role provides an opportunity to be mentored and work collaboratively under the guidance of our experienced Fractional Marketing Director, executing marketing activities, managing campaigns and reporting back to the business on our marketing performance.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure a cutting-edge approach.

Feed into marketing planning aligned with PINCH's brand identity and business goals.

Manage marketing tools & platforms:

Leverage technical proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Typeform and Google Analytics.

Ensure platforms are running effectively, troubleshoot where necessary.

Ensure seamless integrations across marketing tools and platforms for efficient campaign execution and data analysis.

Manage ad campaigns:

Oversee the execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across various channels with a primary focus on Instagram.

Establish creative asset needs and brief requirements in the team.

Analyse performance metrics to advise on optimal ad spend allocation, ensuring a balance between cost-effectiveness and maximum reach.

Provide marketing reporting:

Use analytical skills to analyse digital marketing metrics.

Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth based on data-driven insights.

Provide regular reporting to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Manage website to drive desired customer actions:

Ensure all website content is kept up to date and develop thinking around further content to meet evolving customer needs.

Work alongside our Marketing Coordinator to create engaging and shareable content, for use on and off-site.

Create a seamless and optimised user experience on PINCH's website to drive engagement, sales and customer satisfaction.

Develop SEO practices to ensure the website is optimised for search engines.

Use data-driven insights to identify possible areas for improvement.

Build and target audiences:

Use data-driven insights to build, segment and expand target audiences.

Develop strategies for reaching and engaging specific customer segments, enhancing brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Contribute collaboratively with connected thinking:

Demonstrate nimble and innovative thinking, identifying opportunities for marketing growth and sharing best practice.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and capitalise on new opportunities that align with PINCH's overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

Sophisticated understanding of the requirements of marketing a high value product and associated brand & comms standards.

3 years + proven experience in digital marketing management, with a focus on advertising and website content management.

Good knowledge of working with third party marketing platforms, ideally with existing proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.

Demonstrated ability to manage digital advertising campaigns and optimise ad spend.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in marketing reporting development.

Nimble, joined-up thinker with strong bias to action.

Ability to manage a busy and varied workload, working to deadlines.

Confident to own and implement projects with a completer/finisher mindset.

Able to prioritise and self-manage.

Experience in building and managing audiences, with a track record of successful campaigns.

Mature mindset, and collaborative team player.
