If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in being responsible for SEM, international content & promotional campaigns and ongoing user experience improvements to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention. The position is located within the Marketing function and reports to the Marketing Director. The Market Manager will be responsible for the following:
Delivery of a user experience that delights users and connects with the challenges of scientists & healthcare professional customers worldwide
Optimise ELGAs search engine ranking by improving website content, social presence and content optimization plus eradicating technical & crawl issues & driving device personalization.
Use web analytics and create and implement plans to drive conversions, improve visitor interactions, and optimise the performance of web properties and evaluate ROI for all initiatives.
Own the agency relationships necessary to deliver search engine marketing that focuses on buyers needs and which solve problems.
Work with international partners to ensure ELGAs international website are tailored to local conditions and to support local SEO activities
Work closely with members of the marketing team and external agencies to deliver a web presence that integrates with and supports launch, brand and lead generation campaigns.
With partner agencies troubleshoot website & integrated application issues and ensure quick resolution.
Manage PPC advertising and accounts.
Projects & work packages delivered to time and budget
Website unique visitors, interactions, conversion to registrations, top page id, bounce rate, exit page id, page views, ave session & sources, MQL & SQL etc.
General requirements for the role:
Experience of full digital marketing mix: SEO/PPC/Email/Social/Mobile
Qualified to degree level pref. science degree
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Written and visual creativity with an eye for detail
Strong communication and people skills
Self starter that values independence and responsibility
Enthusiasm for learning will delivering
Builds relationships based on collaboration, analysis & trust and uses relationships to drive learning and creativity.
Strong time management
First degree in or enthusiasm for science & healthcare an advantage
Design experience beneficial (Adobe)
Good data analysis skills and can use them to drive performance improvements
