We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join this highly successful family-run group of companies in the interiors space.

This role involves working directly with the company owners to identify strategic marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional marketing channels – to both generate leads and raise brand awareness.

This is a super-flexible hybrid role – Essex HQ

The Role

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve strategic goals.
  • Proactively manage budgets for optimal return on investment.
  • Manage website content, including utilising Google Analytics for insights.
  • Drive email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee social media channels & calendars.
  • Execute & optimise paid advertising across search & social.
  • Support new product and initiative launches with inspiring and timely marketing plans.
  • Develop and maintain brochures and other marketing collateral.
  • Generate relevant reports and updates on the progress of measurable marketing activities.
  • Manage bespoke offline campaigns & collateral, including magazines, in-store POS, signage, etc.

The Person

  • At least 2-3 years of previous experience in a hands-on marketing role from a relevant B2C business or industry.
  • Proven experience running paid campaigns across Google & Meta suites.
  • Experience maintaining & updating website/pages using Wordpress.
  • Strong administration, organisational and team-working skills.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills: excellent command of English is essential.
