Job Description
This is a brand new Digital Marketing Manager role, as our client, a specialist within the property sector is looking to gradually transfer its digital marketing inhouse from agency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies, executing those strategies and driving the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
A qualification/degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role in the UK market.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and tools.
Excellent creative and analytical skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, public advertising platforms, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Experience:
Native Advertising: 1 year (required)
Social Media Advertising: 3 years (required)
Lead Generation: 3 years (required)
Location: This is an office-based role in Worcester, United Kingdom – with ability to travel to other locations as necessary. Hybrid working may be a possibility for the right candidate.
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year plus company performance bonuses. Dependent on experience.
