The Role

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager joining a lean but high-performing Marketing Team to take our CRM and digital marketing efforts from 1, and in many cases 0, to 10! We are a startup where the early team have a strong background in various frontier technologies and product development. As a fast-scaling business, we are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the CMO on all aspects of marketing, including data analytics and insight, customer experience and product as well as digital marketing and CRM. This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate daily with our sales, sales operations, analytics, finance, product, and web engineering teams as well as the rest of the marketing team.
  • As a full time, permanent employee part of a highly ambitious team in Blackfriars, you will work collaboratively across Design, Product and Development teams as well as closely with the rest of Careology.

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure effective online presence, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
