Job Description
- Develop and own the digital marketing strategy for the business with our external partners
- Build your stakeholder network of marketing colleagues, sales, design and external partners to deliver the strategy and build awareness of the brand.
- Create and communicate digital deployment plans for each platform that creates an integrated approach for the customer.
- Work alongside external agency to develop a multi-channel paid media strategy maximizing budgets to build best-in-class online performance.
- Support the SEO manager to create a focused organic content strategy to build success. Ensuring all new web content is created with SEO first in mind.
- Support CRO manager to create a data-led, test and learn approach strategy for conversion rate optimisation.
- Manage all digital budgets and support Head of Marketing with wider budget reporting where needed ensuring all reporting is up to date and spend accurately reported.
- Be the innovation lead in digital activity to enhance the customer experience across the whole journey.
- Be the project lead for all digital systems development and integration for all marketing and customer activity (CRM / Website / Mobile)
- Build and implement reporting/analytics for all digital channels to performance manage digital activity and spend. Translate these reports into simple dashboards/reports linked to business objectives for the business to understand performance.
- Work with brand team and external agencies to lead the development of unique and engaging video content for digital channels.
- Work with Senior Marketing Team to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote key business messages and increase the quality of enquiries for the sales team
