The Role

This is an exciting time to join the eCommerce team at Arighi Bianchi as we enter a new stage of growth. This hire will be an integral part of the ecomm growth, leading and implementing the digital marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention. Responsible for optimising the customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the Arighi Bianchi website, alongside lead generation, CRO initiatives and overall digital marketing performance. Contributing to an exciting growth plan, this critical role reports to the Head of Marketing, working alongside a wider marketing team and cross functional teams.

The Day to Day

·       Establish, manage and execute new strategies across all digital channels to raise awareness, aquire new customers and drive conversion.

·       Manage and optimise website, ensuring ongoing review and performance improvement.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush and other analytics platforms.
  • Continuously optimise campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), in order to guide future marketing activity and spend.
  • Adopt new approaches to improving website structure, performance and visibility, driving traffic and SEO ranking etc.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI. Carefully manage the paid media budget, setting paid media KPIs and striving to achieve them. Be aware of the overall sales forecast for Arighi Bianchi and help to drive growth.
  • Weekly, monthly, seasonal reporting across all channels to analyse spend and performance.
  • Plan and implement automated user journeys based on user behaviour, designing and implementing an outstanding digital customer journey.
  • Manage agency partners to execute the strategy and optimise all paid campaigns to achieve target ROI.
  • Improve performance on current channels and explore new opportunities with a test and learn approach.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as sales and product, to align on goals and performance and work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure paid search efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Work within and maintain brand identity standards across all channels.

Skills & Experience

·       5+years of experience in a digital marketing/ecommerce role across a variety of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Email, Affiliates and Display.

  • In-depth knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and PPC platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.
  • Strong working experience of KPI tracking and performance analysis including GA4 and Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge and experience of:
  • Ecommerce platforms, namely Shopify
  • Google Analytics and reporting tools - GA4, Looker, Google search console
  • SEO tracking and performance analytics, SEMRUSH, Moz
  • Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

·       Interest in the latest digital marketing trends as well as the retail industry. Interiors or luxury experience would also be desirable.

·       Collaborative - ability to work well with internal teams and external agencies.

·       Self-motivated, reliable, passion for the role/industry and excellent communication skills.

  • Certification in Google Ads and other relevant qualifications is a plus.
  • A keen eye for design and be at home talking about user experience, customer journey and SEO optimisation.
  • Good working knowledge of ecommerce merchandising and on-site search optimisation.
  • Experience building content and developing brilliant user experiences and will be on top of analytics and reporting to make sure that we’re identifying issues and opportunities quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience in website content and understanding how to create a user journey through a platform.
  • Building competitor insight and understanding.
