The Role


We are seeking a talented email marketing manager to join our B2B SaaS marketing team and manage our Always-On Email, Nurture and Webinar programmes. You will be responsible for developing and executing webinar programmes, email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and automated workflows to engage and convert our target audience. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.


We're looking for someone who must have


  • Prior experience in a similar email marketing and lead nurturing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-focused industry.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems. Proficiency in using Marketo is required, and good working knowledge of Salesforce.com is essential.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from email marketing data.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, list management, and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing benchmarks in SaaS businesses is a must.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS industry trends and best practices and benchmarks

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent qualification
