Digital Media Account Director Our client, based in London is looking for an experienced Digital Media Account Director. £55,000- £60,000 Based in the office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute paid search, social, and programmatic display campaigns. Architect campaigns in accordance with best practices and client needs. Involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop and present compelling proposals that highlight the agency's capabilities. Track campaign performance and recommend optimisations as necessary. Produce insightful reports for clients and providing strategic feedback Work with internal and external stakeholders to adjust plans and messaging as needed. Optimise the budget plan to ensure spend and performance are meeting clients' monthly schedules. Identify new media opportunities and maximise digital performance and communicating these ideas. Work may involve regular unsocial hours including early starts and late finishes to meet deadlines. Long hours and time spent in meetings or entertaining is the norm along with travel as part of this role. Contribute actively to the recruitment process,. Take charge of employee management and support in adherence to company policies and procedures. Foster an environment of growth and career advancement. Effectively communicate and disseminate key messages to your direct reports and within your team, Follow server file management protocols in alignment with company procedures, maintaining a systematic approach to data organisation. Maintain and update administration systems as necessary, Lead by example and ensure the team is aware and compliant with company policies. Undertake any additional duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main responsibilities. Qualifications: A degree in Marketing or a business-related field. Proven track record of working on and managing Paid Social accounts (Google Search Ads and Facebook Blueprint-certified are a plus). Senior-level account management experience, particularly within an agency environment. Experience in creating new business opportunities. Experience handling a variety of accounts and dealing with different stakeholders. Previous experience managing a small team. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities. Strong aptitude for writing, grammar, and proofreading. Expertise in prioritising and managing your own time and team tasks across multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
