And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.PMO ANALYSTPOSITION PURPOSEAs a Business / Digital Transformation PMO Analyst, you will support the Portfolio Management Office by developing and administering Portfolio Management tools, templates, processes, and project management methodology. You will be the focal point for all project / initiative portfolio information, including documentation and process compliance, risk management, project metadata, etc. Supports Portfolio Management office reporting, analysis and planning and is expert on Portfolio Management and Governance process.You will lead the Portfolio health check process, ensuring high quality data is maintained in our systems, leading to better management reporting and project delivery. In addition, you will support the Transformation PMO Lead and with leadership communications and presentations. This position would suit a forward-thinking individual who is keen to identify and suggest improvements and to help coach other team members to adopt new ways of working.MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Responsible for the administration of a Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) application, including the implementation of new modules and functions by performing needs assessment / evaluation, scope and duration, and hands-on configuration.• Manage daily PPM maintenance activities and maintain the system data and configuration.• Provide administrative support and assist Initiative Owners / Project Managers with schedule changes, resource assignment, change requests, and project closure, etc.• Ensure accuracy of all workflows, paperwork and change requests.• Perform audits to ensure compliance with project lifecycle methodology and policies.• Challenge where standards are not being met, asking the tough ‘why’ questions being metrics and measures• Coordinate reporting and analytics of resource & project time reporting• Ensure high quality data is maintained by project managers / initiative owners in the PPM application, including project financials, status, issue/risk management, business case information, etc.• Analyse additional reporting needs and create dashboard reports (PowerBI-based and other) for leadership, executive steering committees and business partners.• Assist in developing the managing the Project Initiation process and monitor all projects for compliance to our governance and phase gate processes• Assist and train initiative owners / project managers and others as required throughout TO implementation• Assist the VP Transformation Portfolio Lead with communications, presentations, etc. as requestedMEASURES• Business value delivery from the CTO and Brambles Strategy• Objectives for Performance Development Process (PDP)• Assessments by Project Managers / Initiative Owners and Business Partners• Process governance• Continuous improvement metricsSCOPE• Global Regional/Functional responsibilities: all Brambles Digital Initiatives (including dependant initiatives).• Enabling delivery of Brambles’ transformation portfolio.AUTHORITY / DECISION MAKING• Managing PPM tool, key data includes reporting/analytics, system and user administration.• Promoting and contributing to the development of the PMO functionCHALLENGES• Collaborating with team members across the business and with initiative and project owners who are not familiar with PMO processes• Managing change within Brambles;
