Job: Digital Solutions Sales Manager (Remote (UK) or Hybrid London) This company is a successful digital agency where all employees have a share in the company (today, this year and in its future). They are a group of Open-Source Developers who help their clients simplify their clients customer journeys. With offices in Islington, they have offered a remote-working option since their foundation over 20 years ago. Using technology approaches under the PHP umbrella (such as Symfony, Laravel or Zend) they seamlessly blend the specific to the general. They take a lean and agile approach, working in partnership with clients, using shared workspaces, communications channels, and collaborative boards such as Trello & Miro. They are looking to hire a technically savvy Digital Solutions Sales Manager to be an agent of change for their clients; and for them. This is a key role as they look to double in size in the coming years. The role is primarily to generate sales leads, meet prospects and close new business. Depending on your skill set, they will look to support that process with marketing and technical support as appropriate. NB this role requires someone with experience of selling bespoke/custom-made/client-driven solutions & architectures (as opposed to existing off-the-shelf products) Key responsibilities: To sell bespoke/custom-made/client-driven solutions & architectures to new & existing clients To act as lead contact for clients during initial delivery, if needed To be part of a team growing the company skills (digital strategy implementation) Building great relationships with their wonderful delivery team Involvement in monthly business management meetings focusing on sales pipeline development & delivery resource planning Required: Essential: experience of selling bespoke/custom-made/client-driven solutions & architectures (as opposed to existing off-the-shelf products) A proven B2B sales track record Comfortable working with a variety of different companies (in different vertical markets) Requirements and project specs analysis and estimations P roven pitching experience Open-source/PHP technologies (beneficial/nice-to-have) Other Stuff: £s; basic salary approx. £50k-£60k with an OTE approx. £80k-£90k (bonus + company profit share), Location; your choice either fully remote, based from their Islington offices, or (ideally) a hybrid blend of the two.
