Digital Strategist


Consumer brand, £100 million+ turnover

Private Equity backed

Record breaking years!

Cheshire based, Hybrid 2/3 plus flexible working hours

£45,000 - £55,000 plus package


Support in the development of the brands new Digital Marketing strategy and multi-channel campaign delivery. Ensuring growth targets are achieved across brand and new customer acquisition.


Managing excellent agency relations across Paid Media and SEO, as well as an in house team across Social and web.


You will lead to way from a strategic point – getting all teams working together to produce the best and fully optimised Digital performance.


Key areas of this role include:

  • Lead in the development of the brands Digital Marketing Strategy, with a focus on Paid Media and SEO. You will act as the strategic lead directing the activation teams.
  • Management digital budgets, to drive quality leads to the website. Measure ROI.
  • Analyse data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improved performance.
  • Producing performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Managing 3rd party agency relationships with their high performing digital marketing agency.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align as a multi-channel marketing strategy.


The key focus of this role is:

  • To manage the brands Paid Media strategy, driving quality traffic to the website. Managing a Paid Media budget £1million+.
  • Working with the in house SEO team across all areas of SEO, improving the number of leads to the website which already sits at an impressive %


Whats needed for success in this role:

  • Highly analytical with experience analysing and measuring marketing campaigns (performance of Paid Media channels/ social etc.).
  • Experience in campaign planning and coordinating the delivery across different teams.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Need to have experience working on digital campaigns at both national and local level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
