Account Director (New Business Focus) We are seeking an ambitious Account Director with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to enterprise and blue-chip clients. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by building and managing a strong pipeline, aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy, and securing high-value managed service contracts. Conduct sales meetings using a consultative sales approach throughout the client engagement cycle - Manage all sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure - Ensure alignment with the company's sales methodology and provide accurate reporting in the CRM system (HubSpot) - Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses - Support the SDR and Sales teams with messaging and strategy to target new business opportunities, driving performance through effective leadership and innovation - Regularly review sales performance, KPIs, and contribute to team strategy and improvement efforts Proven experience selling long-term managed services, software, and SaaS to enterprise-level/blue-chip companies - Skilled in consultative, value-driven sales methodologies - Passionate about helping clients create tailored solutions that meet their needs - Highly motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to exceed sales targets - Proficient in sales processes, with a strong understanding of the importance of accurate forecasting and CRM utilization The company is dedicated to helping businesses maximize their IT investments by combining intelligent data with expert solutions.
