The role
The successful Director will be at the helm of the Manchester office, overseeing team management, client relations, and business development. This leadership role involves guiding a talented Building Surveying team, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.
Additionally, the Director will have the exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, heritage, defence, and retail, offering the chance to work on high profile projects.
This position provides the successful Director with substantial career advancement potential, including the opportunity to achieve Partner level in the future.
