This is an exciting time to be joining CTSI. Under the leadership of our dynamic and progressive Chief Executive the Institute is undergoing a modernising programme of change to ensure we are a strategically focussed, mission purpose driven organisation who continues to work both collaboratively and responsively with the trading standards profession.
The Finance and Corporate Services Director is a key role within CTSI, and will take strategic responsibility for leading the corporate services functions, includingfinance; human resource; equality,diversity,and inclusion; governance and legal compliance.
The Finance and Corporate Services Directorate will shape both operational delivery and organisational culture and the Director will play a vital role in helping to develop the way the Institute operates. This includes providing strategic financial oversight, contributing to strategic and operational planning, financial strategy, developing newbusiness initiatives, implementing the Institute's strategic plans in accordance with mission, vision, and values, and helping to create an open, transparent, learning organisation.
We are looking for acommercially minded, qualified accountant withproven leadership experience in a similar sized organisation. Highly analyticalandstrategic, you will enjoy cultivating positive relationships and engagement across a diverse range of stakeholdersand have the capability to influence decision making at all levels across the organisation, whilst role modelling our values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
