Excellent opportunity to join this boutique financier and lead the HR function. This is a generalist role with responsibilities including:

  • Manage the Human Resources function on a global level including overseas offices
  • Develop HR strategies and provide expert advice to Management on all HR matters.
  • Review HR policies and processes in accordance with local laws and regulations
  • Promote change and employee engagement within the Company.
  • Review departmental and Company business plans
  • Organise the annual appraisal process
  • All aspects of Recruitment
  • Compensation and Benefits review
  • Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies.
