Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Engineering Insight Director to lead our Engineering Insight Team. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of aviation parts, their related manufacturing processes and the commercial implications of these.

The key responsibilities of theEngineering Insight Director will include, but will not be limited to:

• Utilising the extensive dataset generated by ValStream systems to identify cost reduction opportunities within component repair spend.
• Working closely with the Product Team to systemise and productise identified cost reduction opportunities into systemic workflows through our SaaS software applications.
• Develop training materials related to internal development of parts-based engineering knowledge.
• Work with the Data Analysis Team to share and develop knowledge and document processes and procedures.
• Develop our internal approach to support Engineering Insight into new non-aviation markets.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years repair management engineering experience within the aviation industry.
• Minimum 10 years repair management supplier management experience within the aviation industry.
• Experience of SaaS software products is preferable but not essential
