- Confident decision-maker, inspiring operational excellence
- Financial acumen with cost control and investment planning
- Expert in food manufacturing systems (sourcing to distribution)
- Logistics maestro, ensuring efficient supply chain and quality delivery
- Strong communicator, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What you'll do:
- Lead the entire site operation (production, quality control, safety)
- Oversee financial performance and maximize resource utilization
- Manage and optimize the supply chain
