Job Description

Radnor House Sevenoaks is a leading co-educational independent day school for circa 500 pupils aged 2-18 years. Located on a beautiful and historic site close to the market town of Sevenoaks, Kent, the school was originally founded in 1924 as Combe Bank School before joining the Radnor House Group in 2015, becoming fully co-educational from Nursery to Sixth Form.

The school is looking to appoint a Director of Marketing and Admissions who will be responsible for all matters relating to marketing and pupil recruitment. The successful candidate will take the lead in developing and delivering innovative marketing and pupil recruitment strategies and will build and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external. This is an exciting time to join the school and to play a key role in shaping the strategy which will take Radnor House Sevenoaks to the next stage of its development.

The postholder will provide inspiring and motivational leadership to the growing marketing and admissions team and develop and implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to deliver highly effective marketing and admissions processes. Reporting to the Head, the Director of Marketing and Admissions will be a member of the school’s Extended Leadership Team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded, strategic marketing professional who combines demonstrable leadership skills with strong and persuasive communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Previous schools’ experience is not essential, but the successful candidate will have good knowledge of the educational landscape and a keen understanding of the factors which drive parents to choose a school.

The closing date for applications is 10.00am on Wednesday 17 November 2021
