Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.

Big Questions to Answer Before Applying:

  • Can you drive all elements of customer acquisition, from awareness to consideration to closed deals?
  • Can you coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content strategists, performance marketers, email specialists, events, and more?
  • Can you accurately forecast and deliver on lead targets to feed a growing sales team?
  • Do you have experience generating demand in the UK, Ireland, Nordics, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and DACH markets?
  • Can you create alignment and feedback loops with sales, operations, product marketing, and customer experience teams?
  • Are you a data-driven experimenter who’s never satisfied with gut feelings alone?

If so, let’s talk! Should you choose to accept it, your mission is to drive the highest-quality pipeline at the most efficient cost across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute quarterly marketing plans for the EMEA region to focus on new logo acquisition and customer upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive ongoing segmentation of our database to activate, engage and drive conversion across nurtures, campaign-specific sends and digital/physical events to create pipeline
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.
  • Strategize and execute an account-based marketing approach across regions and segments utilizing primarily 1:1 and 1:few tactics
  • Work closely with Director of Events to align strategies and drive attendance for both physical and digital events
  • Work closely with global marketing functions, including SEO, web, MarCom, PR, performance marketing, and customer marketing to adapt strategies for EMEA, primarily for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, and DACH markets
  • Own and drive the calendar of integrated marketing programs and communicate program timing with sales, business development and the broader marketing team
  • Analyze marketing generated pipeline and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation program for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new leads, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities.
  • Drive the strategy, development, and execution of monthly and quarterly campaigns in partnership with cross-functional marketing (product marketing, brand marketing) and sales (account executives, sales managers and outbound BDR) partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations and analytics teams to continuously improve campaigns, lead quality, and pipeline.
  • Take a data-driven approach to pipeline creation, optimizing for both short-term outcomes (campaign engagement, form fills, booked meetings) and long term wins (pipeline, closed-won revenue) on a day-to-day basis
  • Help manage advertising budget at campaign level to maximize ROI on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to help go to market with new products and generate demand for those new products.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in demand generation for B2B Tech.
  • Experience in marketing for a recurring revenue SaaS business in EMEA is required.
  • You have the uncanny ability to balance speed of execution vs. quality control.
  • You’re no stranger to Project Management best practices. You thrive with using tools like Asana to manage your workflow.
  • Tech-savvy; proficiency with various sales and marketing tools, from Google Analytics to SEMRush to Hotjar and beyond. Hubspot certifications are highly valued.
