We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Director to be the driving force in the development and implementation of product marketing strategies within EMEA, identifying revenue and new product growth opportunities with the support of an international team. This role sits in the Senior Leadership Group – collaborating with multinational, functional experts and contributing to key business decisions as a functional SME.
The successful candidate will be expected to be an high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts with a commitment to excellence. In terms of personal competencies, the successful candidate must be a hands-on person who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.
Job duties :
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Oversee implementation and execution of our Assortment Strategy.
Oversee Marketing Communications across EMEA.
Develop and coach the EMEA Category Management team to ensure there is a consistent. coordinated message between the regional businesses and all suppliers across EMEA.
Negotiate and influence beneficial partnerships with key suppliers.
Create processes to ensure any newly considered suppliers are in line with the strategic business development plan.
Create a collaborative atmosphere at all levels within the regional team to help them to grow their business.
Identify and quantify current and future Product/Category strategies & activities.
Create processes to identify and proactively drive the introduction of new products, product categories and services within the organization to maximize sales for new business opportunities
Implement ADI global best marketing practices in EMEA.
Facilitate and monitor working capital strategies, including inventory, payment terms, and reserves.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing for best-in-class Omni-Channel marketing initiatives
Identify key new technologies, products, and suppliers.
Provide guidance and approvals for local suppliers.
Prepare AOP, STRAP material, including business plan for Product/Category management.
Create pricing, mix & margin strategies.
Lead negotiation of contracts and terms with strategic suppliers.
Ensure effective management of working capital for the different Product/Category – inventory levels/turns & payables terms .
Ensure management/disposition IOS/Excess for the overall Products/Category portfolio.
You must have;
A degree in marketing, business or technical discipline – or be qualified by substantial experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in strategic research and planning, market development, promotions/ advertising.
Proven people leader skills and developer of talent.

Existing experience overseeing an international region, or an interest to broaden own knowledge base and understanding of different international markets.
Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and the capability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
