Duties and tasks related to the Director of Sales & Marketing role include

  • Developing the revenue and maximising the profitability of the hotel
  • Defining the product in line with the positioning of the brand
  • Implementing and regularly reviewing the commercial strategy of the hotel
  • Forecasting hotel revenues and preparing reports
  • Manage the department’s budget in collaboration with the GM
  • Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing team including; recruitment, focus on their development, performance, financial targets and motivation

About You

You will have relevant experience in a similar role and an understanding of high-end corporate business. With accounts and people management experience, you will have great selling and organisational skills and are driven to achieve targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for this role, as is a firm understanding of negotiating skills.

With your natural interpersonal skills, independence and professional appearance, inquisitive nature and your passion to achieve the best, you will have the chance to be part of providing a unique guest experience.
