I am currently working with a long-established law firm based in Maidstone who is looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive on a permanent, full time basis.
You’ll be working with the Partner on a range of Civil Litigation and Employment matters which include:
Debt recovery
Landlord & Tenant issues
Claims & Complaints
There are also requirements to help grow the department so the ideal person will also be networking, business developing and running marketing activities (presentations and briefings).
My client is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 1-3 years PQE in litigation although my client will also consider NQ Solicitors providing that you have completed a seat in Litigation or Employment in your training contract.
