Our client is a leading law firm based in Bury who specialise in both personal and business services. The firm is highly regarded in the Greater Manchester area for their Dispute Resolution practice and they are looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Solicitor to handle a caseload of housing disrepair, commercial litigation, and property litigation claims.

The caseload would include housing disrepair claims, property disputes in both a residential and commercial environment, and general commercial disputes such as commercial leases, commercial property litigation, and the purchasing of commercial leases and property.
The firm can offer a flexible working model with 1 day a week from home, and their working space is a modern office in central Bury opposite the metrolink. They are offering 25 days holiday with the option to buy 10 more as well as a flexitime scheme that is available after the first 3 months of working.
