My client is seeking to expand their Labor and Employment group and are seeking applications from bright and motivated 3-4 PQE associates.
The employment team advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters and works closely with my clients Corporate M&A and Private Equity teams. Nelson Chambers are currently working with a legal 500 firm, comprised of three offices in the Cambridgeshire area, who are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to their busy team.
Successful candidates will have around 5 years’ PQE and a significant level of experience in handling legal matters relating to all areas of Residential Property, as well as a professional persona and the ability to the ability to confidently advise clients.
Candidates must have a proven history of achieving billing targets and working in a timely manner. Support will be provided by a conveyancing executive, who will be on hand to help cope with the busy nature of the department and provide assistance to fee earners.

Candidates will ideally be able to work from the firm’s St. Ives, Cambridgeshire office but exceptional candidates will be afforded flexibility to work at any of the firm’s three offices.
A successful candidate will have a proven ability to achieve billing targets and maintain and develop strong client relationships. Candidates will have experience in working autonomously, but will also be able to work cohesively with other fee-earners.

Nelson Chambers are currently working with a legal 500 firm, comprised of three offices in the Cambridgeshire area, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team. You will ideally be based in the firm’s Huntingdon office but exceptional candidates will be afforded flexibility to work at any of the firm’s three offices.
Candidates will have between 5 and 10 years’ PQE and a knowledge of the legal principles surrounding acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, as well as experience working for SME, owner managers and national PLCs. A keen interest in business development and marketing is also preferential.
