A leading National Regional Firm in the Legal 200 is currently in the process of expanding the Commercial Litigation Team and is looking to hire an ambitious Dispute Resolution solicitor.

You will ideally have around 2 years PQE in Commercial Dispute Litigation Solicitor role and have trained with a leading regional or London based practice.
Your experience should include Commercial Disputes to include contract disputes, shareholder disagreements and property disputes covering development agreements, enforcement of easements and restrictive covenants, dilapidation, possession actions, service charge issues and professional negligence.
You will be joining a highly regarded local team in Milton Keynes who benefit from the Firms national exposure and therefore act for high status Clients with national portfolios.
