Job DescriptionNewly increased pay rates£38,000 per annum plus a great range of benefits40 hours per weekShift Required: Monday - Friday 10:00am until 18:00pmBicester, OxfordshireWe’re currently looking for a Distribution Shift Manager on a permanent basis at our Fresh Direct depot in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You'll take responsibility for ensuring our team of drivers are performing their role to the highest possible standards. As Distribution Shift Manager on a day to day basis you'll be involved in a wide variety of tasks from ensuring our drivers are adhering to all legislative requirements, company policies and ways of working to identifying & embedding new initiatives to improve the distribution operation. As a strong people leader, you'll use your transport operational knowledge and experience to support the Distribution Manager in building a high performing team of drivers and administration colleagues.
