Job Title: Divisional Aftersales DirectorLocation: Role will be overseeing a number of Sites in both the North East and South West of EnglandSalary: £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car, Share Options – OTE £90,000An exciting opportunity to join a Prestige Brand with sites in the North East and South West.If you are an experienced Divisional Aftersales Manager looking to progress your career, or a Group Aftersales Manager wanting to join one of the largest motor retailers in the UK then we could have the perfect role for you!The role will be overseeing a number of sites within both the North East and South West of England, regular travel and overnight stays are a requirement of this role.Our client are flexible for you to be home based as long as you live in either the North East or the South West of England.About the RoleYou will have significant operational engagement with the aftersales management team who will rely on you for support, coaching and direction.

Developing a high-performing team will be one of your primary leadership objectivesReporting directly into the Divisional Director this role forms part of a divisional team who together set and drive the direction and strategy for the dealership network.

Within this role you will provide your Divisional Director with expert aftersales support and take the lead in relation to reviewing technological changes and manufacturer initiatives in relation to their impact on the division’s operational performance and to maximise the opportunity they present.About YouWe are looking for you to be able to demonstrate a successful track record in the aftersales arena, ideally within a premium franchised motor retailer.

You must be customer centric and be able to develop and deliver tactics that deliver long-term customer relationships.

Experience dealing with premium manufacturers and contributing at a strategic level to thinking and decision making is essential as you will be the link between the Group and the OEM on aftersales.You will be expected to drive the business forward by motivating your teams across the Division to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.

You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
