The Vacancy

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Divisional Customer Service Manager. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and ambitious leader who has a passion for customer service. You will be working in our South Planned business division, assisting us in delivering healthy homes to residents in and around London. This is an exciting time to join our business as we support our customers to reach Net Zero targets and improve building safety standards. You will support our divisional leads in delivering exceptional customer standards and utilise your knowledge to elevate the quality of our services. Additionally, you will be able to think strategically to enhance our services and expand our understanding and innovation of what truly high standards of customer experience entail. We are seeking someone with experience across sectors, so you do not need to have worked in the housing sector to apply.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Ensuring that customer service delivery is continuously improved in ways that meet the needs of the customer as well as our clients.
  • Liaising with all service areas to act as an intermediary for customers as and when required.
  • To ensure established policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • To ensure that service delivery is continuously improved to meet the needs of the customer as well as our clients and business partners.
