This includes:Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) with nurse practitioners and GPs for less critical cases.Majors area with dedicated cubicles for critical care.Dedicated triage and ambulatory areas.Fully equipped resuscitation room with stroke telemedicine capabilities.Separate Children's Emergency Department with its own resuscitation room.Clinical Decision Unit for streamlined patient admission. Hemel Hempstead UTC: We manage the Hemel Hempstead UTC, providing extended-hour urgent care services seven days a week.Resuscitation Services: Our dedicated resuscitation team provides life-saving interventions.Acute Medicine: Our 60-bed ward provides short-stay acute care for patients within the first 72 hours of admission.Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC): This service includes ambulatory care and a 30-trolley emergency assessment unit with dedicated pathways for various specialties.
