Job Description
- Overseeing financial operations within the division
- Managing and preparing financial reports and statements
- Ensuring budgeting processes are carried out effectively
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities within the division
- Collaborating with upper management to set financial goals
- Implementing strategies to achieve financial goals
- Analysing financial data and making recommendations based on findings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Divisional Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified accountant
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an Accounting & Finance department
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of financial procedures
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
