Energize Group is looking for a Divisional Manager/Director to head up and scale the permanent Cloud desk - German market.
In this position, you will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients and selling a range of our products from contingency, retained and TAAS (Talent as a Service), whilst also hiring, managing and developing employees in to your division. At all times, you will be looking to provide an exceptional level of service, measured by Net Promoter Score, whilst also building out a high performing Recruitment team.
This desk has been built up for a number a years and breeds top billers year in year out.
With an average placement value of £20,000, standard terms of business at 30% and uncapped commission up to 30% and team override, your earning potential in this role is unlimited!
Current team size sits at 3 (1 Managing Consultant, 2 Recruitment Consultants), with plans to grow to 6 heads this year.
- Up to £75,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 30%) + team override
