Full Time - Based in Aberdeen or Dundee

Divisional Renewal Specialist for BMW and MINI role:
The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously, in order to create opportunities for repeat business. You will need to be able to develop good rapport with customers over the phone whilst ensuring excellent customers service is given at all times. This is a very rewarding role in the dealership.
Key responsibilities:
Primary focus on finance renewals and customer retention
Responsible for accepting the rapid leads that come in to the business on a daily basis and be the first contact with every customer through phone/email.
Pass leads to sales advisors to then deal with and follow up on the result the advisor gets throughout the day.
You will be responsible for dealing with the lead in a timely fashion and updating the notes on internal system
About You
Key attributes as Renewal Specialist needed:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Knowledge of the automotive industry is essential
Ability to comply with all company and manufacturer policies and procedures
Champion in customer service
Must be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic personality
A true desire to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
Able to demonstrate drive, commitment and enthusiasm together with a willingness to contribute to the team and customers
Ability to listen well, influence and persuade
Able to convince others in both positive and negative circumstances
Able to liaise with managers of various branches
