- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Managing 5/6 direct reports
- Create a high performing sales team
- Support directors with the development, implementation and delivery of a multi-channel, national sales strategy that fully realises the potential of the excellent product range and solutions we offer
- To add value in each customer visit
- Ensure there is a keep strategy plan for all key accounts.
- Support with the running of Quarterly Sales Meetings
- Manage and lead your own divisional sales mtg each month
The Successful Applicant
The successful Divisional Sales Manager will need...
- Strong experience and proven track record of success within a B2B account management or sales focused role
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Must be an optimistic "can do" attitude person with a demonstrable positive approach to barriers
- Self-motivated & trustworthy
- Full UK driving license
