Position: Document Controller
Location: London, UK
Contract: 24 months
Day Rates: Competitive, outside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Organize, maintain, and update document control systems, including Aconex and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure efficient document flow and distribution.
- Implement document control procedures and standards to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve document-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in project-based environments.
- Proficient in Aconex and SharePoint platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices is advantageous.
