About the Role

We're looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, customer and target-driven. You’ll be someone able to sell on the door, and lead a team in doing so too,while building the brsk brand to drive uptake of our broadband services in the Manchester area.

We believe British broadband is not fit for purpose in this high-flying tech era, and we're on a mission to do something about it.

This is a field-based role located in our Manchester region (you will be working with your team and an Area Sales Manager) and it would be ideal if you have experience in either/or sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales experience as well as team management.

You'll be expected to be in the field driving sales in your area bytraining, coaching and managing the team as well as selling yourself to our customers in the region.

Job Purpose:

  • As a Door to Door Sales Team Leaderyou will be responsible for leading a team of door to door team membersselling a range of broadband and telecoms products to prospects
  • To lead, motivate and coach your team to be the best they can be and to acheiveset weekly and monthly activity and opportunity targets
  • To sell our products door to door and achive your own individual targets as well as drive the team to achieve theirs
  • Seek and share ideas to ensure that your region and team are able to acheive the uptake required
  • Based in Manchester on a day-to-day basis

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a team of door to door sales executives
  • Train new execs to be able to sell our products and build our brand awareness in your region
  • Train and coach trainee sales execs
  • Carry and exceed your own sales targets via face-to-face sales
  • Generating leads and gathering contact details
  • Updating customer records on the database, and maintaining your Sales Pipeline.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service for yourself and yor team
  • Keeping the rest of the team up to date with relevant feedback and information from your area

Key requirements:

  • Ideally, we are looking for people who have door to doorsales experience
  • Experience in team management
  • Excellent awareness of the area
  • Demonstrate self-confidence andstrong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, a drive to succeed, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role
  • A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills at all level
