Role Overview As part of their plan to scale they currently have exciting opportunities for 20 new hires in the first half of this year. Almost 20% growth, which includes 7 additional Dynamics BC Consultants to join their team. Joining them as a Dynamics BC Consultant you will be responsible, depending on your skills, for the following consulting elements (and experience of some or most of the following is required): Requirements/Functional analysis Workshops Design/Architecture Configuration Implementation Customisation/Power Apps Testing/Release What you'll do / What you'll bring: Their Dynamics BC Consultants play a key role in leading and managing their customers' ERP journey. You will lead from the kick-off, to plan and participate in business discovery and requirements sessions with their customers and key stakeholders. Analysing business needs, gathering, and documenting operational processes to plan and execute the design, configuration and implementation. With customisation using Power Apps when necessary. You will proactively lead with best practices throughout all stages of the system implementation, coordinating with the data management/migration team to build the correct configuration and/or customisation of the solution before conducting final testing and go live. Consultants are required to have a minimum of 12-18 months experience, with more senior levels needing 4-5+ years of experience, including design, architecture and customisation using Power Apps.
