Job Description
I am currently working with a leading organization within the Housing sector who are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant on a contract basis for 6 months.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team and clients to deliver high-quality CRM solutions, customize and configure Dynamics CRM, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom CRM solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement custom plugins, workflows, and integrations to extend the functionality of Dynamics CRM.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the project.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the CRM system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, architecture, and functionality.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations for Dynamics CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
